ExplainMyBusiness collects the information you submit through the brief form so we can understand your project and respond by email or phone.

Information collected

The brief form may collect your name, email, phone number, company or website, timeline, budget range, preferred video type, and project notes. If you email us directly, we collect the information included in that message.

How it is used

We use submitted information to reply to inquiries, prepare project recommendations, estimate scope, and maintain a record of business conversations. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Form processing

The site uses FormSubmit to deliver form submissions by email. Form delivery is handled by that service and the receiving email account.

Retention and requests
